Resilience Training Events offers an immersive and practical experience where participants of all ages can explore their natural reactions to high-adrenaline scenarios in a safe, controlled setting. Focused on harm prevention in critical areas such as suicide, self-harm, substance abuse, these events utilise high-energy activities like go-karts, virtual racing simulators, and real-world motorsport experiences to trigger the body’s adrenaline response, creating a unique opportunity to build Emotional Intelligence (EI) skills and develop healthier responses to stress.
By experiencing real-time, adrenaline-driven moments, attendees will understand the body’s fight-or-flight response—where the brain’s rapid-response centre takes priority, overriding logical and reasoned thinking. Through these high-intensity exercises, participants learn to recognise and regulate physiological and emotional reactions, building essential EI competencies like self-awareness, impulse control, and stress management.
In addition to practical sessions, this mixed-age event promotes community resilience through group discussions and mentorship, offering a supportive environment where younger participants can learn from adult mentors and older participants find purpose in guiding the next generation. Attendees engage in post-activity discussions, reflecting on how the brain and body respond under stress and exploring healthier ways to cope with intense emotions in everyday life.
This powerful blend of experiential learning and group support equips participants with practical tools to reduce isolation, manage emotional distress associated with harm prevention in critical areas such as suicide, self-harm, substance abuse.

Yes, under the Australian Art Union licensing, there are no restrictions to overseas non-Australian citizens or residents entering the draw. However, certain countries do exclude their own residents from entering international Art Unions. We advise all overseas non-Australian citizens or residents to check that in their own country there are no restrictions on them purchasing a ticket in the draw.
Eligible countries include Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and others.
An **art union** is a type of lottery primarily used by charities to raise funds. Participants purchase tickets, and the winner is drawn to receive a prize. The key aspect of an art union is that the funds raised typically go towards charitable causes.
On the other hand, a **trade promotion lottery** is conducted to promote a business or product. Participation is often free, and the lottery is used as a marketing tool to increase sales or brand awareness. The focus is on promotion rather than raising funds for a cause.
