A powerful and supportive Men’s Mental Health Workshop designed to address critical issues surrounding mental well-being and harm prevention. This workshop creates a safe space for men to explore challenges related to mental health, with a focus on preventing harmful behaviours such as suicide, self-harm and substance abuse.
This workshop goes beyond conventional mental health support, equipping participants with essential Emotional Intelligence (EI) skills, stress management techniques, and an understanding of how the body and brain respond to environmental stresses.
In this workshop, participants explore key Emotional Intelligence competencies—such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and resilience—to build skills that strengthen both mental and emotional well-being. Recognising how emotions influence decisions and behaviour is an essential step in preventing harmful coping strategies and reducing stress.
Additionally, the workshop will dive into the body’s natural fight-or-flight response, explaining how environmental stressors can trigger this powerful survival mechanism. Understanding how the brain and body react to perceived threats helps attendees develop tools to navigate stress, practice calm, and make intentional, healthy decisions even in challenging situations.
This workshop is open to men of all ages and backgrounds including those who are at-risk of suicide, self-harm, substance abuse.

Yes, under the Australian Art Union licensing, there are no restrictions to overseas non-Australian citizens or residents entering the draw. However, certain countries do exclude their own residents from entering international Art Unions. We advise all overseas non-Australian citizens or residents to check that in their own country there are no restrictions on them purchasing a ticket in the draw.
Eligible countries include Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and others.
